Policy för returer och återbetalningar

This policy explains how returns, refunds, and the right of withdrawal work for purchases in our Store. Business customers may have different terms.

1. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you (or someone you appoint) receive the goods.
• How to withdraw: inform us clearly (e.g., by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not required.
• Return deadline: send back the goods within 14 days from the day you informed us.

4. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical store. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a reduced refund due to diminished value.

Food products: we generally cannot accept returns of opened bottles/containers for health and safety reasons. If a seal is broken, contact us first.

5. Refunds

• We refund the product price paid.
• We refund standard outbound delivery costs where required by consumer law.

We refund within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.

6. Return shipping costs

Unless stated otherwise, you pay the direct cost of return shipping. If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item), we cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a label where possible.

7. Exceptions

Some goods/services may be exempt from the right of withdrawal (e.g., personalised goods, rapidly perishable goods, or sealed hygiene goods if unsealed). If an exception applies, we will indicate it before purchase where required.
