Plomari Platinum Natural Green Olives are the same olives that give us the Plomari Platinum olive oils. The olives are treated just with sea salt brine and they are let to ferment naturally for more than six months. The fermentation process is controlled at regular periods to ensure that the process progresses properly. After the fermentation has been complete, the olives are rinsed and packaged in new brine topped with Plomari Platinum olive oil. No additives or preservatives are used for the processing. They have a unique balanced taste that make them a perfect snack.

Storage & Shelf Life
Store tightly sealed in a cool, dark place (12–16°C). Keep away from heat and light.
Best before: 18 months of production. For best storage keep in fridge after opening. Enjoy within 1 month of opening.
